Why such a high turn over, 150% – industry 75% – E. L. Hollingsworth?

There are many reasons that a driver changes his employer. More miles driven, more money per mile, benefits, employer location, and driver relocation are just a few. Most commonly though, a driver changes his/her employer for the illusion of a better job, finds out the new “Job” is not so great, and moves again.

With E.L. Hollingsworth & Company the employees are treated with respect. We endeavor to “Never LIE” to our employees. Our benefits package is very good. Our employees can utilize our “Open Door” policy to discuss and resolve any perceived problems. In short, employees join our family, and stay.
